119 people (across four sessions) took a break from the hurly burly of modern life and stepped back to a relaxing High Tea in the historic Museum building.
They enjoyed tiered stands of home-made finger food along with lace, fine china and teapots.
Being the week following the Queen’s birthday, the Museum was dressed in reminiscences of British Royalty. Various memorabilia was spread through the rooms.
Thanks to The Gully Public House & Garden for donating sparkling wine and Golden Grove Dental Service for contributing door prizes.
Thanks to the numerous volunteers for cooking and supplying food and for ‘staffing’ the Teas.
