We invite you and your students to visit us so that we can work together to address many aspects of the National History Curriculum.
Students are introduced to the history of the building and local area, and are able to experience lifestyles in the 1850s to 1950s. Hands-on activities can be included.
Two self-guided walking tours are also available ... one on-site and the other within the wider historic Tea Tree Gully Township.
Available at most times by arrangement. Ask about our 'Stop Over Break' of home-made biscuits or our delicious 'Morning Tea' with bottomless tea or coffee.Click here for further detail
Treat your organisation or group to a meeting in a room where community meetings have been held for over 150 years. There is room for up to 30 people.
Alternately hold your meeting or other event, eg birthday/anniversary, in the grounds.
The Museum grounds provide a unique tranquil and secluded setting for informal weddings and wedding photography. We welcome bridal parties on their special day to use this wonderful area.
The Museum is located in the north east suburbs of Adelaide, on the edge of the Adelaide Hills.
You can visit us on public transport via the Tea Tree Plaza bus interchange.
